I was searching for a house or condo in Portsmouth while living in California, so I had no local contacts. Ann and Jim's website impressed me with its design and information about the area, so I sent them a message. They responded very quickly and we spoke on the phone while they took note of all the things we wanted from our search. When we visited, they set up an afternoon of appointments and gave us a folder of information on each property. They listened to us and thought about what we wanted, and they ended up suggesting a property we had not considered which ended up being the perfect match for us! Dealing with a long-distance search and closing was no problem for them--they sent pictures and forms and answered questions almost immediately.
