My hope with this review is to truly be able to convey to the readers(s) how absolutely remarkable Kay Wohlers is and why one should feel confident in choosing Kay as their next and, of course, last realtor one will ever need! I have had the pleasure of working with several different realtors over the past few decades with only one bad experience. No matter how great all but one of the other realtors were there is NO one that could ever possibly hold a candle to Kay! Weather buying or selling, Kay has made each of our three (so far) transactions literally stress-free! Not only is she knowledgeable, efficient and professional, she works tirelessly! I honestly don’t think she ever takes a day off! I have yet to meet anyone who will work harder for her clients than Kay! She has always been more than prepared no matter the situation! She is ALWAYS current with the market in regards to trends, marketing, social media, pricing, etc., etc. Her marketing ability and strategy are the best in the business! She is fair. She has brutally honest. Kay will always keep you abreast of everything—many times before you ever know you need to know! Kay has an incredible network of professionals that literally dropped everything to help us get one of our properties ready to list within a matter of days. It was utterly incredible and beyond impressive the relationship she has with everyone from electrical, to paint, to landscape, to roofing, to carpet, to windows, to staging, etc., etc. I have never ever met anyone with such fast responses from other professionals. Her contacts in each genre were so impressive, too. They each went above and beyond and were the very best in their field(s), not to mention more than fair in their pricing. What normally would have been a very stressful situation with getting our house ready to list in a relatively short amount of time all while moving into another home and everything that entails (Kay was our realtor for our new home, as well & of course!) because of Kay, neither “situation/transaction” was stressful, whatsoever! To be perfectly honest, the only stress we dealt with was packing, unpacking & moving our pets all while working full-time... It’s truly a testament to not only the type of person Kay is, but also a testament to her as a person! My family was concerned with our recent listing not selling quickly due to Covid Dash 19; without hesitation, I assured them they absolutely did not need to worry whatsoever, simply because Kay will get our house sold within a matter of days! I wasn’t worried, nor did I exaggerate...Our home sold within two days of being listed on the MLS for well-over the list price! We plan to work with Kay in very near future with selling another property; it will be our fourth transaction with Kay. Kay is (obviously) our realtor for life! No matter if we buy or sell! Toni Bryant  7 days ago Kay has been a wonderful agent, she has gone above and beyond what I would have ever expected any agent to do. We had a few bumps in the road, which caused us a delay of a month, but she was always confident we would overcome each one. I would highly recommend Kay to anyone selling their home, this was my first time doing so and she walked me thru each step. THANK YOU KAY!!!

We’ve never worked with an agent who worked as hard as Kay did. She organized all the services we needed to prep our house to sell it. We are a military family with many house sales under our belt, and this was by far our best experience with a realtor.
