Greetings.  I'm Sheryl Merritt, a Raleigh native who loves this city, the area, and all it has to offer. My real estate career spans some 30 years, culminating in the launch of New Legacy Realty in 2005. In addition to my work as a real estate professional, my training as a certified housing counselor and mortgage loan officer enables me to provide a wealth of information to my clients.
