Kellie found our first home in Cambria for us at a time when we didn't know very much about this area, other than knowing we loved it (like everyone else). within no time at all, she found us the perfect starter home here, and everything went off without a hitch. Fast forward five years later: We loved our ocean view home, but were ready to buy our next home - this time away from the water because we wanted a big piece of land and the serenity of a coastal forest life, a larger home with separate living quarters, complete privacy, and a bunch of other requirements. Without a moment's hesitation, we knew that Kellie would be the one to find us our dream home, but even more importantly, to do this at a time when there were very few homes available that fit the bill. At the same time, she had to sell our current home in tandem - taking advantage of very time-limited window of opportunity: newly lowered mortgage rates, low inventory, and other factors that were really attracting buyers (and thus, helping us out). In short, Kellie pulled everything off for us - and then some - getting us the selling price we wanted. She also listened to me whenever I was feeling anxious about something. This was key, because buying and selling at the same time is always, even in the best of worlds, stressful, so her gift for communication and a heartfelt desire to be there for clients in every way was so helpful and so very much appreciated. (At one point, she even brought a very special Coldwell Banker bear to our home, placing it on our couch for good luck. And boy did that work!) I could go on about Kellie, but I'll end this by saying that Kellie is a truly lovely person who works with integrity and kindness (even when clients get anxious and testy).
