RIGHT FROM THE START WE KNEW WE HAD MADE THE RIGHT DECISION. Our home sale was a very big deal for us, as we had lived in our home for 26 years and raised our family there. Now that we were “empty nesters” and the real estate market was prime for selling, we decided to take the plunge and put our house on the market. Nicole was recommended to us by a friend who was in the same life phase as us and so we took his advice and called her. Right from the start we knew we had made the right decision. Nicole was very thorough about details but also compassionate and cared about how we were feeling about our sale and move from our family home. I met Nicole and the person who was to “stage” our home one morning before it hit the market. I was taken back a bit by the advice of the stager to basically get rid of most of our furniture and paint the entire first floor. Nicole recognized that I was concerned and took the time to take me aside and say “we will just do whatever you feel comfortable with”. She was very caring and helped with all the details of moving furniture and painting. She definitely knew what it would take to get top dollar for our home, and all the effort paid off. She was available to talk to any time we needed her and was very skilled during the offer process which only took a couple of hours one evening. We would recommend her highly. When looking for a home in the Cambridge area, my husband and I met Nicole at an open house for a property that we were interested in. My name is Nicole Brand, and I was born and raised in Cambridge, attended Bishop’s University where I earned a BBA. in International Business. I returned home after a decade-long career in resort real estate, where I led sales initiatives across Canada and the U.S. for premier destinations with Intrawest. My early career in luxury hospitality and real estate laid the foundation for what has become my signature style: white-glove service, thoughtful and effective strategy, and genuine care.

Based in Cambridge, I live with my 5 children, my life-partner, and Stella, our fur-baby.  We enjoy an active lifestyle year-round — boating on Georgian Bay in the summer and embracing the outdoors through skiing and snowmobiling in the winter. I am also a seasoned real estate investor and am passionate about helping others build wealth through smart, well-informed investment choices.
