Just really outstanding. Lesli quickly got up to speed on the neighborhood comps to derive a market value ... she suggested and arranged for our own property inspection to make informed decisions on what to fix or leave for a buyer which was a great idea and investment... thru a colleague she found an investor/renovator to come to the property and give us a bid before listing on MLS which was a useful floor on our listing price... adeptly managed the avalanche of interest once we listed the property and juggled the offers to get us to a quick contract above our asking price... managed the buyer and closing attorneys with tenacity, constant communication, and professionalism. Listing was Sept 1st, under contract on Sept 2nd and closed Sept 21st - I think anyone that gives Lesli a shot at selling their house or helping them purchase will be extremely happy with her performance. She is far and away not your typical residential agent.

About Lesli

Lesli Greenberg brings her passion, dedication, and commitment to your real estate transaction.  Originally from Connecticut, Lesli moved to Atlanta in 1983 and earned her bachelor’s degree from Emory University and her master’s degree at Georgia State University.  Lesli fell in love with the city of Atlanta and made it her permanent home in 1990.  Over the last 30 years Lesli has held leadership positions in several local and national organizations bringing her business acumen, marketing, and networking skills to each venture. With her unique skill set and vast networking circle, Lesli brings you personalized and attentive service to ensure your real estate needs are met.

Lesli lived in the Emory, Decatur, Brookhaven, and Dunwoody areas before settling into her current residence in Sandy Springs. In 2012, she was featured on HGTV’s House Hunters where her love of real estate and discerning eye shone through. When not working, Lesli can be found playing tennis (ALTA & USTA), reading, volunteering for nonprofit organizations, and spending time with her son, Zachary and 4-legged Rottweiler son, Marley.
