Nancy was professional and responsive throughout the entire process of selling our home and negotiation of the purchase of our new home. First, she guided us through the process of selling which was so important because we are new to the area and moving out of our home prior to closing was a new experience for us. She spent time to look for suitable housing - that included 2 dogs that are part of our family. We successfully found a great home that we love. As there were multiple closing on that day - Nancy was at each of them to ensure that everything closed and the transactions completed on time - so that there were no issues with our ability to move in as planned. Her advice from staging the house for pictures and pricing was based on many years of experience and understanding the market. She explained every step of the selling process and was very patient with our many questions. We originally thought we would sell the house ourselves. Nancy is really the Best Realtor you can find. She helped us buy a house that closed in September. We have worked with many other realtors over the years. We found many of them to be green and really not listening to what we want. It was a really frustrating experience. We then met Nancy at an open house and noticed how well she was representing the seller so we hired her to represent us in buying a home.
