Having lived the past 25 years in Spokane, Cynthia understands what makes the community and the people who call it home so special. Her passion for living here drives her to help clients navigate the buying and selling process, making it as smooth as possible. Her clients receive first class treatment, with a tailored plan to help them reach their goals. Cynthia is ranked in the top 5% among realtors in the greater Spokane area. In her first year, she earned a spot in the top 100 realtors, helped create and run a Senior Transition Advocate Program bringing on community partners to help seniors transition into housing, and has taught classes to other realtors. She joined Engel and Volkers in 2020 because of its worldwide reach and professionalism, as well as its commitment to Special Olympics, a cause close to her heart. She grew up in Seattle and attended the University of Washington, where she received a degree in French. After college she lived in France for a year and appreciated getting to experience cultures outside of her own. She is involved in the special needs community being the Northwest Family Representative for the International Foundation for CDKL5 Research, a rare disease organization of which her family is a part. Her daughter, Olivia, was born with CDKL5 Deficiency Disorder, and she understands that it takes a village to help raise a special needs child.
