Don’t let her youthful looks fool you. Catie is a savvy businesswoman who takes ownership of her projects. Have you ever seen a realtor who grabs your lawnmower and starts mowing your yard because the photographer is coming and the lawn service was a no-show? She goes above and beyond like I’ve never seen in all my many dealings with realtors over the years. She said my front yard needs attention, so she showed up armed with potted flowers, gloves and a trowel; before I knew it, she was down digging in my yard planting flowers! She brought a load of staging goodie’s to spruce up a bare kitchen and living room. I’ve never had a realtor do that! On the business side, there were hiccups in the sale of my house that stressed me out, but she calmly addressed each one, making a stressful experience tolerable. I will definitely be calling on Catie when I’m ready to buy a new place. This lady knows her stuff!

Over the years we have bought some 50 or so properties. Catie is the absolute best. Our last situation was very complicated as we had to split four parcels and had to work with our not-so-wonderful county officials. --Catie took the lead and she never missed a beat. And, she produced remarkable results! Always on top of problems, Catie defended us remarkably when there were (several) problematic agents on the other side. When we finally closed all parcels yesterday, I told her how "Thankful" I was for her and she knew what I meant. . . I know I can 100% trust her to look out for my best interests. --even when it was tough. I highly recommend Catie!

I am a Florida native that loves serving my community. My volunteer efforts include being a court advocate with Guardian ad Litem and supporting at risk teens with Harbor58. Real estate is more than a career to me, serving others is a core value in my life. That core value carries over into my business as I serve others during the buying and selling process. 

I'm a wife and mother. I live along the Manatee River with my husband & 2 children. Some of my favorite local spots to go with my family are Anna Maria, Robinson Preserve, Emerson Point & Mote Marine.

In addition to being a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, I also have extensive experience with vacant land. My background in education lends itself to educating clients on market conditions and the buying/selling process.
