It's mid 2020 where the COVID pandemic has created several new problems and situations no one was prepared for. There were some positives for people though, it saw the initiation of a housing market the likes we've never seen in recent memory. Interest rates in the basement created a lot of demand for homes with limited supply. Obviously cash is king, but even more so at this time which as young first time home buyers like me, didn't have any cash to buy so we rely on FHA, USDA, etc. After several losses in strong offers that would be substantial in a normal market, they weren't competitive in this one. Debi helped us stay on track and keep faith in the system and found ways to make a non cash offer more attractive to other sellers. She was a continuous advocate for us until the very end at closing. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone! She is very down to earth and makes things simple for the things not so simple to understand in the process of buying a home.

My name is Debi Brent and I have joined the great company of Coldwell Banker Premier to expand my career in Real Estate. I have been a stay at home mom when my children were growing up, and have always had a BBQ Business in which I do Catering and Festivals. But as I grow older, I decided to start using the Real Estate license I have held for many years. I love being out in the community and I find myself being a perfectionist and strive to do the best I can in any type of business I am in. I am an active member in my church and enjoy participating in community activities. So now, I am off to the races with a career that will help others find their dream home with the best service that I can give them to make this process one that the client will look back on and smile.
