Shanell is the type of realtor that you want. She's smart and knows how to do her job and do it well. She also has background with contractors and can spot troublesome things on a property that others might miss. She is very quick to communicate and very prompt in getting necessary documents out in a timely manner. She had our back the whole time and made certain that we didn't lose our earnest money and that we got fair negotiations during due diligence.
