This was her strongest skill. She went beyond typical negotiation by pushing to get further reductions in price such as money towards closing costs and the cost of buying out of our apartment lease. Doris is very experienced and professional yet warm and sincere. She also has a good sense of humor, which is very important during the stress of buying and closing on a house. Even after closing, she has continued to look after our needs by offering help and recommendations for plumbers, handymen, etc. We highly recommend her as a realtor.

Doris has been one of the most powerful real-estate agents I have ever worked with. She was ver efficient, kind and respectful of my needs. She knew the complete area and only took the time to show you homes you knew you'd have interest in. She did not waste my time showing me properties that were not within my needs. I have known Doris for many years. She helped me look for houses in Alpharetta GA area. Among the real estate agents that I encountered during my house hunting in several Atlanta surrounding areas, I liked Doris the best. She always came on time and came prepared, not to mention she is very knowledgeable, professional, and very good at negotiation. In short, I can count on her and have since referred several of my friends to her. I remembered once my friend finally picked his favorite house, but the deal almost halted because the price gap between offer and counter offer. When seller decided to terminate the negotiation, Doris, as an experienced realtor, stayed calm and kept her cool, explained market situations to the seller agent. Because of Doris’ ability to control the situation professionally, the seller agreed to re-open negotiation. In the end Doris sealed the deal. My friend told me he was really appreciative of Doris and her patience in helping them go through the entire lengthy and tedious process of introducing them the new area, explaining the contract in details, finding a qualified inspector, negotiating terms in his and his wife’s best interests. Doris is a real estate agent one can count on.
