Being a first time home buyer is intimidating and starting on our own was almost overwhelming. First we got pre-approved with a bank. Then we realized we would need some help and we reached out to a few realtors that were helpful but after multiple offers being rejected we decided to take a break from looking. When we decided it was time to start looking again we knew we wanted to start by talking with an expert. That’s when we reached out to Kim because she is very knowledgeable. She let us know the first step before we start looking should be to contact a Loan Officer at mortgage company to get pre-approved and gave us a list of individuals she recommended. This was great advice and still to this day the Loan officer has been a great resource. Kim asked us what our wants and needs are for our first home and got to work. She was able to get us access to properties before they reached the open market which gave us a leg up on the competition. Finally, offer accepted! Once the offer was accepted Kim was instrumental in the negotiation process that involved a new septic system and any other concerns we had. We are happy to say we are home owners and we wouldn’t be here without the help and support of Kim.

Kim was born in Boston, MA and moved to New Hampshire when she was in elementary school. She spent her high school years residing in Salem, New Hampshire before eventually moving with her husband to Manchester, where they have resided for the past 30 years.
