I've done two separate real estate transactions with Gregg. There were two because I was so happy with the first that I immediately went back to him for my second. One of his many impressive qualities (he has many) is his honesty. You tell him what you want and who you are and he will not sugar coat listings just to get you to buy whatever. He will do research for you and make sure that you will be absolutely satisfied with the purchase. He will point out things for you to think about that you hadn't thought of to make sure you've got absolutely everything before you make a decision. He even reminded me about commutes and traffic when looking at different locations. I mean, he really does think of everything. He's very thorough with paperwork and likes to go over things in person to make sure you know everything. (He's cool with e-signing once you've gone over the paperwork once.) He will answer any and every question you have and you can be sure that he's telling you the truth. He will also search the property to make sure there's nothing lurking and does a mini-inspection when you walk through places so you know what you're getting into. I sent him listings of things I wanted to see and he had a search set up for me with listings that he suggested. He was happy to take me wherever I wanted to go. I took him around at least 3 counties and we saw plenty of places before we finally found "the one." Gregg knew before I did that my place was it. I recommend Gregg to people I know that are looking to buy. If I were to sell this place or want to buy a new one, I'd absolutely go back to Gregg
