Born in Ukraine and raised in Orange, Connecticut, Vlaja's journey in the Real Estate industry began after graduating from Amity Reginal High School and earning her BS degree from Quinnipiac University.

Fate led Vlaja to a beautiful encounter with her husband, Tom, on the captivating island of Mallorca, Spain, nestled in the Mediterranean Sea. Currently residing in Tidelands Estates, Palm Coast, Florida, alongside their two beloved pugs, Vlaja and Tom treasure precious moments with their two sons and three grandsons, who visit whenever possible. Both boys raduated from University of Florida. One of now serves as a Colonel in the Air Force, while the other resides in Scotland with her two youngest grandsons and owns a thriving physical fitness franchise.

With over a decade of experience in the medical field, Vlaja honed her skills and gained valuable expertise before embarking on a successful career in Real Estate. Discovering her true calling, she obtained her GRI degree in 2004 and subsequently earned the Senior Real Estate Specialist Designation (SRES).
