From day one Christina proved that she is a true professional. Her communication skills were on point and it was obvious that we were always her highest priority. She new the market extremely well and was able to price our house so that not only did it sell fast, but it sold over asking price. She worked as a trusted partner from day one and was a terrific negotiator with the buyers agent to ensure everything went smoothly. Christina was super helpful prior to placing our house on the market by showing us how we could prep the house for sale. 10 out of 10, and highly recommended.

Christina helped us purchase our home in NC while we were still living in CO. We provided some personal background and our property history from growing up until now. We were looking for a place off the beaten path yet close to amenities while feeling like what home has come to mean to use. Christina understood exactly what were looking for. I told her I wanted to live in a place that when coming home from work, there would be a point in the drive that would make me exhale the trouble of the day away, where the challenges of work would be left behind. When we crossed Jordan Lake into Chatham county, I knew our realtor not only understood what we were looking for, but actually related to who we were. A gated community with a golf course just a few steps from the house didn't hurt either. Having worked with a few realtors, I can tell you we didn't realize what a great realtor was until we found Christina. She listened to our needs and asked us questions about who we were to understand not just what we wanted, but why it was important to us, which gave her the insight needed to find us the perfect home. Christina doesn't build client lists; she builds relationships, and that connection is why we feel we have the best realtor and now friend in NC!

We stumbled upon Christina's you tube videos and really appreciated her approach. Our family was considering a move from Connecticut to NC with two kids. It was a VERY big deal for us. I can't even begin to explain the number of hours Christina put into helping us. She went above and WAYYY beyond in every way. The market is insane right now and the whole process was a roller coaster. We lost several bids just because financially we couldn't compete, but she continued to be positive for us. Her knowledge of all of Wake County is amazing and when we settled on Wake Forest, a little out of her area, she hooked us up with a great local agent but continued to "oversee" everything for us. She is 100% about what's best for her clients. She digs in and did the research on every home we were interested in, and saved us from purchasing a home that may have had a major roadway built behind it and wasn't disclosed! Even after we purchased our home she continued to stay in touch and connect us with a painter, and carpet guy, and someone to mow the lawn until we got set-up! She has really become a friend and someone I truly trust. If you're looking to "join the migration" to NC, I HIGHLY recommend Christina. There's no way you'll regret it!

We worked with Christina while buying and selling. When we were buying, she found multiple neighborhoods that were a great match for us. We ultimately purchased in a great community. When we were selling, it was during the worst time possible (the start of the COVID pandemic). It was a very challenging time to have a house on the market, but Christina kept adapting as information came available. She stuck with it and kept trying new things. In the end, we sold the home and the transaction was very smooth. We would definitely work with her again...
