We worked with Ashlee for a month. During that time, we ran her in circles, looking at houses. First, it was a nice yard because I am a lawn nut. Then it was some land to do weird things in the woods. Then we went back to the short drive to work in The Hammons Tower. And finally, back to land with a newer home. All the time, we were dragging her as far out as 30 miles from Springfield. The whole time she was a rock star. Always in a positive mood and always finding the homes we had not yet found ourselves. This is something because I am simply amazing in my Google-Fu abilities! In the end, we ended up with just over 7 acres, a completely remodeled house, and roughly a dozen or so deer that visit our pond daily. My dear wife is in heaven, and I could not be happier that she is finally off my back about “never finding a house!” stuff. Ashlee found us our unicorn. The one house built for us, even though we had to sneak up on it to catch it. Oh, and we bought it for $5k UNDER appraised value! I was born and raised in Nixa, Missouri and went to college at Auburn University to play volleyball (war eagle!). After graduating from Auburn University with a degree in Human Development and Family Studies, I moved back to Springfield to get my Master's in Elementary Education. After graduating, I moved to sunny Florida to teach elementary education. After 8 years there, I moved back to be closer to family and continued to teach in Springfield, MO. After 14 years in Education, I decided to become a Realtor and dedicate my career in educating my clients through every step of the home buying process, allowing my clients to make the best decisions possible.

With a background in education, I am proud to be known for outstanding client service going beyond, prompt communication, and as a skilled negotiator with my client's best interests at heart. I love the challenges that come with a real estate transaction and being able to figure out a solution to allow the client to achieve their goals.
