About Stephanie

While growing up in Sedona and the Verde Valley Stephanie explored the trails and mountains . As the first college graduate in her immediate family she became a nurse to make a difference in the health and wellness of our community. Stephanie enjoys traveling the world, rescuing animals in need and the outdoors. You will usually find her investigating property details, neighborhoods, zoning and backgrounds for clients. In her off-time, she rejuvenates by scuba diving, hiking a trail, sitting beside a waterfall or seeking help for animals in need. Passionate about her commitment to ethical representation, she is here for you and not just another sale. 

Growing up in a low-mid class family amongst a predominantly wealthy area, she was intrigued by the happenstance of success around her.  Stephanie frequented the Sedona Public Library to learn and educate herself on the world of Real Estate Investing. She read piles of books and found continuing to learn and grow from others is a must. So many agents don't pick up anything but the book they hand out in real estate school.

Surrounding herself with the most intelligent investors, she grew into what some call a unicorn of the business. Highly successful as well as a compassionate agent. She was able to build a stable environment for herself and family.  Licensed for almost 20 years, Stephanie excels in knowledge, integrity and loyalty to her clients. After COVID she needed a break from nursing and chose to build an efficient and trustworthy team. Which was easy given that she has experienced working with so many agents of the years.  She has experienced the side of real estate many fear and is well versed in reading and navigating those waters to advocate for her clients. She chooses to work with top fiduciary agents that have exceptional experience and dedication. 

Hobbies: Scuba, Hiking Travel, Kayak, Mountain Bike, Golf (although terrible at it!) 
Pets: Two Dogs: Kona & Maui (for now)
