What an Incredible Realtor Team! We contracted Gilman and his wife, Dao, to market our 3br/2.5ba townhouse in the Valhalla Community of Riverview, FL after speaking to the both of them, as well as attending a prospective marketing strategy meeting with them. Both my husband and I were extremely impressed with all of the tools they had at their disposal - no other realtor that we had contacted came close. Gilman was able to work with our extremely tight timeline, as well as suggest marketing incentives to make our unit stand out from the fierce competition in Valhalla such as: * bringing our townhouse back to the way it was when we initially closed March 2005 * keeping the original carpet color and wall colors * pre-purchasing a one year maintenance warranty on all appliances in the townhouse * keeping the hanging pot rack in the kitchen, which we hoped would attract a cooking enthusiast like myself Our unit went on the market early September, 2019, and was under contract four days later. This absolutely shocked my husband and I, as we thought we would have issues attracting the right buyer.
