About Donavon

Donavon grew up in Langley and first became a licensed Realtor in 2013, starting his career as a part of a residential development land specialist team in Langley and Surrey. After gaining some industry experience, Donavon decided to spend some time volunteer overseas. In 2018 Donavon returned to Canada and shortly after, joined the Elevation group, which allows him to offer an unmatched level of service to his clients.

Donavon has a client first approach to real-estate and focuses on educating his clients on both, the market and their options to ensure that they make the best possible decision for them and their family. He is in his element when negotiating for his clients, his thorough understanding of market trends gives him the ability to defend his clients position with hard evidence and facts. Donavon’s clients appreciate his no-pressure demeanor and ability to bring a sense of confidence as they navigate some of life’s most substantial decisions and transitions.

Donavon has a focus on Luxury Real Estate and has helped his clients purchase and sell homes in the $4,500,000 - $8,250,000 range in the Lower Mainland area and beyond. His clients appreciate his calm and confident demeanor throughout these complicated and high valued negotiations.  

Donavon married his wife, Chanelle, in 2018 and they welcomed their daughter Addison in June 2021 and their second daughter Aliya in March 2024. Their family lives in Langley and they share a passion for travel, adventure, and serving the less fortunate around the world which has taken them to places like Zambia, Papua New Guinea, Belize, Indonesia, Malaysia and many others.
