I can’t overstate how happy I am with Laura’s service in helping me find a new home in Austin. I lived in Florida and was contemplating a series of large life changes to include a new job and buying a new house (in a very complex market). Laura came highly recommended realtor friend in the area (Florida). Even though we were long distance, Laura took the time to speak with me in-depth over the phone immediately to get to know my background and preferences for a home in a new town. From the beginning, I was impressed with her level of knowledge she had about the market. It was evident from the first phone call that she was the right agent! Laura was always available for home tours, phone calls, text messages, and emails and incredibly responsive to any form of communication. Moving from hundreds of miles away is difficult, but she was happy to drive all over the area and do FaceTime showings. Once in town, Laura drove me around to all the areas of interest. Her level of preparation was unbeatable, as she came with printouts in hand, schedules, snacks, and cold water in a cooler! I settled on a new construction home, and it was not a straightforward deal due to some issues out of our control. However, Laura was incredible with her thorough and prompt communication with the seller, outlining our concerns in meticulous detail, performing research on the issues, and continuously checking in with multiple parties involved to make sure progress was being made. She performed an extraordinary amount of information gathering about the property and its attributes, various types of inspections and surveys required due to the nature of the property. Laura truly did make this transaction happen; without her involvement, knowledge, and thoughtfulness, this purchase would not have happened. Laura put in a Herculean level of effort, from the first phone call until closing day. Even afterwards, Laura has reached out to help with lingering concerns, even stopping by to give a warm welcome. I sincerely felt as if Laura was emotionally invested throughout the entire process and always had my best interests in mind. Laura is not only my realtor, but I now also consider her a lifelong friend, and I would recommend her above and beyond anyone else in this field.

About Laura

Laura, a third-generation Realtor from Las Cruces, New Mexico, follows a family legacy established by her grandfather, who pioneered one of the first real estate companies in Las Cruces in the 1940s. She has been dedicated to serving families in real estate since 1998. In 2010, Laura opened the Keller Williams office in Las Cruces and led the city's #2 top-producing real estate team in the city, specializing as a listing specialist.

During her time in Florida, Laura initiated the productivity coaching program at Keller Williams Premier Properties office in Kendall. She taught classes and mentored new licensees as they embarked on their real estate careers.
