OPTIMISTIC PIT BULL: After an initial failed attempt with another listing agent to sell my home, I interviewed half a dozen new agents. Ryan was the only realtor to arrive for the interview with lenders and buyer deals in hand (only a handful of lenders offer coop mortgages). I explained both the previous and current challenges and he presented his pitch.
