Real Estate has always been a passion, and I consider myself fortunate that I can turn that passion into a profession! I assist buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants, people who are transplants or lifelong residents, and people who are downsizing or upsizing. My niche market knowledge, data-driven approach, and elite communication skills help to simplify complex real estate transactions. 

I pride myself in getting to know my clients, their needs and goals, to best achieve the desired outcome. I delight in the process of exploring the market with new buyers, curating their criteria, and cultivating a trust and understanding of their ideal home. In addition to being a perpetual student of the industry, I am also an enthusiast for the area - having lived here for 15 years and been deeply involved in the community, my reverence for the area shines through. 

When working with sellers,  I relish the opportunity to dig into data analysis when tasked with marketing and listing their property. Numbers and Networking are the pillars of my approach, and I look forward to advising sellers on current market trends and financial conditions as well as how to prep, stage, and present their home or property. Every property is different, and therefore every marketing plan is tailored specifically to meet the needs of that property.
