My wife and I decided it was time to sell our condo in Buckhead so I asked a friend with extensive real estate experience for a recommendation on an agent. We help Sellers and Buyers move both locally and around world. We either handle the situation personally or we pull in trusted referral partners and manage the service experience from Atlanta. Our goal is to make sure our clients are in the most capable hands wherever they are so things go right the first time. 

Our Sellers receive high-impact "lifestyle" marketing that highlights their property's unique strengths and paints a very compelling picture for potential buyers. We carefully analyze relevant market niches and strategically position our listing prices so that they create maximum buyer interest.

Our buyers are thoroughly prepared and we always take the long view for home purchases to minimize the risk for regrets.  In fact, our clients stay in their homes way beyond the national average.

Background:

I moved to Atlanta in 1984 with a degree in Civil Engineering to work for a regional real estate developer. As a Project Planner, I evaluated raw land across the Southeast for the feasibility of development as apartments. That experience grew to managing a host of consultants and in 1988 I become a registered Professional Engineer working in the commercial real estate arena. 

In 1995, I made the transition over to residential real estate sales and found my true passion in helping people with key life decisions. Since then I have helped hundreds of Sellers and Buyers make great moves. One of the highest compliments though is when other agents seek my advice. That’s when I knew I was truly mastering my craft.

Our business has matured over the years and the range of price points we serve continues to go up as our clients become more and more successful. Being thorough and detail-oriented really pays off for our clients as the stakes go up and property sales get more complex.

I am also a Certified Instructor for Keller Williams University and a Practice Leader for The ONE Thing principles – modeled after the best selling book by that same title.
