I can't say enough great things about my experience with Donna. She is extremely knowledgeable about the purchasing process - from day one through all the intricate steps until closing. Along the way, she makes sure you are thinking of the necessary measures to take and gives great advice. She also has a wealth of connections to help with your banking needs and not to mention home repairs/ alterations. She's right there with you the whole time and will answer questions over the phone, text, and email (a lot of the time it was late night and weekends for me). Along the way, I knew she was looking out for my best interest and not her pocketbook. She is tenacious, meticulous and eager to meet your needs through closing. Then she doesn't go away - she follows up with you and makes sure all negotiated deals are met.
