Kim by far was the BEST REALTOR I have ever dealt with. She took us to see 87 houses and made sure that we found the PERFECT home for our family! She was such an advocate for us and gave us so much information about the schools, community and surrounding areas that we would have never known. Her follow up was amazing and she took the burden of leg work in finding a new home on herself. She was knowledgeable of loan processes, inspections and home warranties and we well were prepared and informed because of her. Kim is amazing! I moved from Seattle to Atlanta with my special needs son and mom. I came without a clear idea of what area I wanted to live in to access the best services for my son and activities for my mother. We arrived on a Friday and the next day Kim met us in the morning and took us out to look at houses and neighborhoods.
