“If it’s a Million, it must be Mary” is more than a slogan to Tampa’s leading Luxury and Waterfront specialist, Mary Kelly.  In 2007 Mary Kelly, a former school teacher, closed more million and multi-million dollar homes than any of the other 8000 real estate agents in her market and was honored as the Top Agent at Smith & Associates.  Mary has been featured on the “Extra” television broadcast of “Mansions and Millionaires”, has been a board member of “Leaders in Luxury”, and is a highly rated speaker on marketing to the uber wealthy and celebrities for the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing and Luxury Portfolio. Integrity, Results, and Experience have been the cornerstones of Mary Kelly’s real estate success in New York and Florida since 1981.  Mary was the first recipient of Smith & Associates to be honored with the “Mary Smith Conover Award” for her outstanding service.  With 28 years of experience in corporate relocation and luxury sales, Mary offers a wealth of knowledge ranging from waterfront estates to luxury high rise condos.  As a result of her Premium Marketing Plans and her ability to achieve the “highest price within the shortest period of time” Mary has understandably set numerous sales records. 

Having relocated to Tampa herself from New York in 1987, Mary knows the importance of community involvement and participation in charitable events and activities as a way of getting to know your new “home town”.  She has had the honor to chair the Patrons Committee of Pavilion  (Tampa’s premier white tie fundraiser for the Tampa Museum of Art); served as former President of Tampa Newcomers, and is a member of:  The Red Cross Angels, Florida Orchestra Guild, University Club, and Palma Ceia Golf and Country Club.
