We think the key to the excellent service we received from Della and her team is their professional approach to selling. Everything is thought about in terms of getting the house ready, the photos, the marketing, the buyers and how to keep the seller informed. There is a programme, a way to sell and it works! Our experience in the past is that our real estate agent has been too casual and let the price of the property drive the sale.
