I highly recommend the team at Linda Rike if you are trying to sell your house -- they are prompt, professional, honest and patient. They urged us to list our house just before Christmas (2017), and I believe that was key to the sale of our home. We were extremely impressed with how quickly they were able to schedule the photographer (who was incredibly professional and impressive in his own right - the pictures were amazing!) and get the listing online; they spared no effort! We also appreciated the efficient communication, and always felt that we knew what was going on and were never caught off guard by a showing, etc. Finally, we were extremely impressed with the online diagnostics that we received on a weekly basis regarding the views our home received via various outlets, and the online feedback from the showings -- we felt extremely connected to the process the entire time.
