I found all the houses I was interested in here on Zillow!!! I sent the addresses to Mrs Williams and within the next day or 2 we were able to view them (if the house was not already under contract). She was very professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, and prompt. Mrs. Williams coached me along the way through the entire process and was available for my many questions. I have heard horror stories about agents, taking too much time, missing deadlines, misusing funds, etc. I was so thankful that God placed this woman with me to help me buy my home without any negligence

Amazing to work with always going the extra mile for her clients. We went out numerous times until we found one. But when that one was gone we again went out so pleased with her effort and assistance. Also very helpful with getting us pre-approved so we were ready to get what we liked. Our experience with Mrs. Williams was great. She devoted so much time to our special needs an worked with us on our schedule. She showed passion in trying to find our perfect home. The long-distance between where we needed a house was not an issue for Mrs. Williams. She was able to negotiate the price down in our favor. If we ever decide to sell our house An look for another we will definitely use Mrs. Williams again.
