Phil and JoEllen are dream makers! When we came to them with our wishes to find a vacation home in McCall. They immediately started sending us information to give us a feel for the market. Anytime we planned a trip to McCall to visit properties they were always available and patient. And, after a couple years of looking (I said they were patient) they helped us find our dream come true! It wasn't an easy process since the property was bank owned. Through their diligence and patience (there it is again) we closed on the "CABINONDO" in May two years ago. There isn't a day that goes by when we are in McCall that we don't thank our lucky stars and Phil and JoEllen for helping us find our "dream come true"! About Phil

JoEllen and Phil Yribar have been full-time licensed Realtors in McCall since 1994, assisting buyers and sellers for over 27 years with all types of real estate from vacant land and acreages, residential, farm and ranch, back country, and commercial properties.  They specialize in waterfront and high-end properties.  They received the RE/MAX USA Chairman’s Award (top 5% for production of all RE/MAX Agents in the Country) in 2006, and in January 2021 were recognized as Top 15% Nationwide Agents in the Country by Homesnap.

 

Their son, Philip, joined the Yribar Team in 2015 as a licensed Idaho Realtor and brings to the team his expertise in marketing, photography and videography.  He is a professional photographer, videographer, and licensed commercial drone operator.  His company, 208 Productions, was started in 2008 and he has filmed, edited and produced projects worldwide.  He enjoys being a Realtor in addition to his photography and videography projects and is extremely knowledgeable about the McCall area and the surrounding backcountry due to his years of filming action sports projects.

 

The Yribar team enjoys working with all types of clientele, from first time homebuyers to those more experienced.  JoEllen is an Associate Broker at McCall Real Estate Company and previously served as acting broker for another real estate office in McCall, Re/Max Mountain West.  They are individually members of the National Association of Realtors, Idaho Association of Realtors and Mountain Central Association of Realtors.  They are also members of the Mountain Central MLS (serving the West Central Mountains) and the Intermountain MLS (serving Southwest Idaho).  JoEllen and Phil are Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialists (CLHMS) and Guild Members of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.  JoEllen is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and a Resort and Second Home Marketing Specialist (RSPS).  Phil, born in Boise, grew up coming to McCall with his family who has owned property there for over 60 years. He has some great stories to tell, but most valuable is his wealth of information about the history and current affairs of the area along with his deep knowledge of the local real estate market.
