About DeAnne

I have been in the Real Estate Industry  for over 35 plus years in the Nashville and  surrounding areas.  I specialize in Luxury Homes, Farms, Condominums, Commericial and Investments.   I have an awesome team from mortgage broker to closing attroney to everything else you need when investing in real estate  and can help your Buyer or Seller from the smallest to the largest of real estate properties.  I have several different designatations and I am a Broker as well.  I believe in High Servcie and taking care of the client with Honestly, Intergrity and Trust.

My husband and I are both in the real estate industry and my husband has a constrcution / remodeling background of over 30 plus years. We bring knowledge and experience to the industry in many different aspects.  We have three children and our son is currently serving in the United States Army along with his lovely wife who is always there to support him.   One daughter has achcieved her Doctrine Degree in Physcially Thearphy and is now working as a Physical Theraphist. The other daughter is attending University of Kentucky and studying Pre-Med.   My husband and I serve on the Church Security Team so we enjoy all the training involved with this committment.  We also enjoy the outdoors and love to travel.  Yoga is one of my favorite outlets along with Golf.    

We love living in the Nasvhille area and have lived in several different locations so we are very knowledgable about all the different areas.  I have seen this wonderful city change to a city that attracts several business with our no state income tax and low property taxes.   Nasvhille, TN is a great area to raise a family and there is always so much great entertainment here.   Our Rolling Hills and 4 seasons of weather make Nashville fun.
