I wanted to thank you for all of your help on the sale of our Hollywood home, and the purchase of our new home in Lighthouse Point. When it came to the sale of our home, you did a great job of marketing a unique home to a limited market, and finding us a qualified buyer. You were so familiar with the neighborhood that you knew exactly how to pitch the home to prospective buyers. We thought it would take ten times as long to sell our property as it did, and we feel it was your advice on pricing our home and your suggestions for showing it that went a long way towards getting it done so quickly. You worked extremely hard and we never for one minute felt that we were neglected, like we have felt in the past with other agents.As for our house hunt and ultimate purchase, you were great at understanding what we were looking for and not wasting our time with properties we were not interested in. The timing of our purchase was really tough, since it had to coincide with our home sale. Not only did you get the job done on time for us, but more importantly you did a great job at keeping us calm throughout the process. When we panicked, you remained professional and relaxed. Things got tense with the buyer ad I don’t think the deal would have gone through if you hadn’t helped smooth things over with the buyer’s agent.
