About Cindy

Cindy Welu, has been a leader in Real Estate in the Twin Cities market for the past twenty years. After having a successful real estate business herself, in 2004, she partnered with Joe Welu and co-founded the Joe and Cindy Team.Together they grew to a $50M year real estate team and have been recognized nationally and internationally as being among the best in the Real Estate industry & recognized by Real Trends as one of America’s Best Real Estate Teams. From 2015-2020, Cindy led and grew the real estate team and created a promise for all clients the team follows to bring not only the best results, but the best experience possible.  In 2020, Cindy decided after twenty years to scale the number on the team down, and began working directly with clients and serving the community directly, both of which she had been missing.  Bringing a boutique and personal level of service to home sellers and buyers is important to Cindy and she will continue to do so.
