Finding a Home is a very Stressful and Difficult Task to face, Amelia’s Negotiations were forward and straight to the point with the seller, we end up with a Great deal! We meet Amelia at her office and discuss our plans and criteria for our home. Amelia send us email after email with homes and we also found some as well and ask her to send us information. We set appts after appointments and finally found our HOME! Amelia always had a smile, rain or shine LITERALLY, she was always available for us, had a Positive attitude we would find the right home, after all we weren’t feeling any feelings with any of the homes we saw. We took a break and we on vacation, when we return we started again. We found the home and we love It. Amelia made sure we were taken take of with inspections, faxes and any paper work that had to be resolved, she even took my husband to work because we were having car issues.
