About Joseph

Joseph Klinge utilizes knowledge, experience and a record of success to not only close transactions, but build life-long business relationships. As a Luxury Home Specialist, Klinge combines fact-based analytic skills with a unique ability to understand and respond to the needs, preferences and aspirations of his clients. He catches things other real estate agents miss — and knows the questions others fail to ask.

Joseph Klinge has always been a team player. The Seattle native learned about hard work, dedication and cooperation as a high school athlete, excelling in baseball, football and soccer. He was offered three athletic scholarships and was recruited to play football at the Naval Academy. However, his true passion was business, which eventually developed into a love and admiration for real estate.

Klinge earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration at the University of Washington, one of the top-ranked business schools in the country. He was involved in the early days of the Pacific Northwest tech boom as part of a computer business, but became attracted to the weather and lifestyle of the Sun Belt. Klinge joined an international consumer products company and with the same drive and dedication that made him a success in school, earned awards in sales nationally and regionally as a top performer in his division.

Despite over 20 years of experience in real estate, Klinge is never one to rest on his laurels or reputation. A believer in ongoing education, he studied at the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing and is accredited as a Luxury Home Specialist by the Luxury Home Council.

Klinge has been a valued agent at Luxury Estates International (LEI) for more than five years. He takes his senior role seriously and offers mentorship to others in the office. After all, between sports and business, he’s been coaching all his life. Klinge elected to join LEI after interviewing other brokerages, attracted to the company’s boutique style, professional approach and history of success in the market.

In his spare time, Klinge has applied his skill as a communicator toward acting, earning small roles in major feature films shot on location in Las Vegas. He is also a supporter of United Cerebral Palsy, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and Keep Memory Alive for brain health.

As Las Vegas continues to grow, Joseph Klinge sees unlimited potential in the city he now calls home. He believes it’s a great sports town with shopping, restaurants, entertainment and around-the-clock excitement.
