Roxanne Bales is a native Texan and was born and raised in Houston, Texas. She graduated from Bellaire High School in 1994.

 

In 1995, Roxanne moved to Austin where she attended AustinCommunity College (ACC) and then Texas State University. While attending ACC,she worked part-time in the banking industry and within six months had receivedher very first promotion. Her entrepreneurial spirit kicked in at a young agewhen she helped establish a specialty food business in 1997 that is still inoperation today.

 

In 2001, Roxanne moved to Hermosa Beach, California, where shelived and worked over the next seven years. During this time she was made theVP of Sales and Marketing, West Coast Region, for the company that she hadpreviously helped establish.  The company’s specialty foods are still seentoday in thousands of grocery stores throughout the United States, includingWhole Foods, Central Market and HEB.

 

Roxanne subsequently moved back to the Austin area in 2007. She loves what she does and it shows in her work. Her life experiencestaught her how, and, most importantly when to get aggressive on herclients’ behalf; but also, when to provide that all-important ‘human’ touch. The word “no” or “sorry, that just can’t be done” are notin her vocabulary.  To her, there is always a way to get over, around orthrough any difficulty. Her drive and passion come naturally in life and inbusiness.

 

Roxanne has gone above and beyond just getting the standard realestate license. While continuously educating herself in an ever-changingmarket, she has received numerous industry certifications and designations acrossthe industry. Those designations include:
