I've been putting off writing this review because I haven't quite found the words to express our appreciation of Susana and the entire ALANTE team. We've decided that it's a disservice to hold off any longer. My wife and I recently went through a couple years of hell trying to sell our house with another firm and the regret we have in not making the switch earlier is significant. Two years and countless scattered showings is exhausting (and expensive) for a large family like ours. Susana told us exactly what we needed to do; while she absolutely took care of business on her end. Within the first 72 hours on the market we had 50 showings and 5 offers. 2 above our asking. Her marketing style concepts are on a different level from the traditional agencies. Proactive, professional & tasteful marketing; coupled with hard work, make Alante the top real estate team around. Based on our experience....it's not even close.

Words can’t describe how grateful I am to have hired Susana and her great team at ALANTE RE to sell my home. I first put the listing in the hands of a well known and respected brokerage with offices worldwide, but they never seemed to capture the magic of my home in their material and relied on unimaginative, traditional messaging and channels when marketing my home. After a year and a half without an offer, it was time for a change. I knew ALANTE was different from my first visit to their office. Missing were the ubiquitous stacks of glossy listing brochures that clutter most RE offices. While there is certainly attention paid to print marketing at ALANTE, Susana and her team are web focused, and all documents and imagery are conceived with that in mind. From the beautiful still photographs of the house, to the “lifestyle” video which perfectly captured the home’s oceanfront setting, everything the ALANTE team produced was top-notch. Their use of on-line technologies to facilitate communication, and keep me up to date with all activities related to the marketing of my home was also a welcome and unique feature of their service. When a qualified buyer was finally identified for my home, Susana helped me negotiate the very best price and her team rallied to make sure all requirements of the sale were met within a tight timeline. The home inspection, bank appraisal, fire department inspection, and P&S negotiation and signing were rapidly scheduled and executed; and in the blink of an eye closing day was upon us and I was handing my home over to its new owner. I highly recommend Susana and her team to anyone looking to buy or sell property on the South Shore, and will certainly call on her again in the future when the need arises

We were selling our home of 15 years and, as anyone who has moved knows, it is a very stressful time. I interviewed 5 realtors after having a bad experience with our last home sale. It was well worth the effort. While they were all good realtors, I felt we were in a particular window of time as a seller that we wanted the realtor who would treat the sale of our home as if she were selling her own home. Susana Murphy is that person. While our home was updated and in good shape, she understood we were not just selling our home but our location. Susana was spot on as to how to tweak the look of home to make it truly shine and it did. We feel Susana has brought selling a home into the 21st century. She understands the market and what works and doesn't work and how to generate interest with the right buyers. 1 Open House was a perfect strategy and how she reaches out to generate the interest in the house was terrific. Susana and her team are a real pleasure to work with and the experience of working with a boutique firm vs one of the big franchises was an eye opener. This was our 4th home sale and it was by far the best experience we have had. I would highly recommend ALANTE and Susana Murphy--you won't be sorry!
