Julie listed our home in October 2020. She came over explained the process in detail and starting helping us to stage the home After a good staging Julie hired a professional photograher who took incredible pictures of the home and property. We had lots of showings and a contract with 3 weeks. The prices was great but unfortunately, the buyer's credit was overstated by the proceesor and the underwriter changed the deal for the buyers. They backed out the day before closing. We had sold lots of furniture and posssesions, making the home much more difficult to sell . Julie hired a stager to come in and she also donated her staging materias. She and the stager did a great job staged the house. A couple of weeks later we got a contract on the house. After substantial negotiations we came to an agreeable price for both parties. Julie guided us through the process the entire time. We closed on Feb the 26th. We are very happy with the deal but sad we are leaving our friends at the lake. I would recommend the Julie and the Teel team to anyone. They are also great friends

The Teel team was very professional from day one. It should be noted that the Teel team was not my first choice when selecting to sell my property. I contacted three real estate companies before selecting the Teel team. Simply put do your homework prior to selecting a realtor. You deserve a good team.
