Alan has been a licensed Realtor since 1983.  He is oneof the Broker/Owners of RE/MAX Professionals, and holds the CRS, GRI, CDPE, andCLHMS Designations which gives him expertise in all aspects of negotiatingResidential Real Estate including a Certified Luxury Home MarketingSpecialist!  He is also a CRB Candidate which specializes in ResidentialBrokerage Administration.

After spending 10 years with Century 21 early in his career, Alan joined RE/MAX Professionals in January of 1994!  Alan absolutely enjoys working with the best Realtors in the business and thrives with the TopProducers and True Professionals at RE/MAX Professionals.  He is a memberof the RE/MAX Chairman’s Club, and has been inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and received the Lifetime Achievement Award.  Alan entered the Pinnacle of RE/MAX Honors in 2010 as he was inducted into the RE/MAX Circle of  Legends!

Alan and his wife DeAnne have lived in the Littleton area for 30+ years, and have raised three children.  They love spending time with their family, and are thrilled to have all three of their children married with wonderful spouses and have found great joy in the arrival of 10 beautiful grandchildren.  Alan has spent his life in service and leadership inhis Church and Community.  He has coached Basketball for many years inYouth leagues, and Dakota Ridge High School. He created a “Partner in Education” with several neighborhood schools toincrease student reading and provide more books for their Libraries.  Alan loves this beautiful Country we live in, and the Freedoms we enjoy.  He displays awonderful display of 100’s of American Flags along Grant Ranch Blvd on our Patriotic Holidays each year!

Alan and his family enjoy the Colorado outdoors, playing basketball, golf, tennis and all boating activities!  Alan and his team especially enjoy helping many families get into their first home or move up to their luxury dream home.
