I recently purchased a new home with the help of Patti Williams of Luxe Group. I have known Patti for several years, starting in 2009 when she sold a piece of property that I had owned with my husband who had recently passed away. As many of you remember, this was the beginning of the fall out from the burst real estate bubble and the very long and severe economic recession that followed. This was not the optimum time to sell any real estate, much less a piece of land. After 3 failed attempts with other realtors to sell my property, I found Patti. A decade of this time was spent managing local real estate offices- hiring, training, and developing agent careers.
