There are a lot of real estate agents available to choses from when looking to buy or sell a home. There are truly only a few that stand out from the crowd when the market is competitive, sluggish, or negatively affected by a variety of factors (interest rates, economy, and new income tax laws) that are able to gain results in a reasonable time. Over the past ten years I had two homes that I wanted to sell, and did not have success with other realtors. Fortunately, and by chance, I met Doc Stephens of Keller Williams during an open house event in my neighborhood.
