Carla leads her team as the lead listing & buyer specialist and owner/manager. She has a staff who strives to make the home selling or buying process as seamless as possible. However, Carla is involved thrughout the entire process. 

Currently, Carla resides in Cary, NC with her husband and sweet dog where she has lived since 1997. She has adult children, a son who lives in Texas and a daughter and son-in-law who lives in Kentucky. 

Having sold Real Estate in the Triangle area since 2007, Carla has developed a strong set of skills, systems and tools to assist her clients. Clients hire Carla for her experience, negotiation skills, knowledge of the market, listing marketing and ability to guide them through a stress-free process. Prior to moving to the Triangle, she sold Real Estate in the Orlando Florida area. She also had the opportunity to hone her skills while working as Mortgage Specialist with Citibank covering different areas of the state as well as working with private banking clients.
