So we soon gave Betty another call, for which she compiled a folder of 19 houses for sale. We found our present house on day 2 and had a contract by the end of that day, which included a trip by Betty to our motel room in the dead of night to walk us through computer/realtor lingo. As a resident of Summit County, Colorado for over 44 years, I know the insides and outs of the county. I'm a gal that works hard to find you the perfect mountain home that meets all of your requirements and then some. Raised our two kids here, love to bake and we have an English Golden Retriever, Gus Gus! I also love the summers here, originally from MN and if you are familiar with MN, you know humidity and mosquitoes...not here at all. I'll be honest here, winters do get a little long but hey, the mountains are beautiful, I've got to pay some price for the privilege to live here.
