We absolutely love and highly recommend Rhonda. Rhonda is extremely professional, a great negotiator, well prepared for every meeting, is very knowledgeable about the market, and most importantly is extremely hard working and responsive. I was searching for an agent to help my retired parents sell their home. I needed someone we could trust to facilitate the sale as I live 75 miles away and I couldn't be there to help. Rhonda always made herself available to chat and maintained clear lines of communication. She set-up, managed, and showed up for all of the meetings with the inspectors and prospective buyers. She even went above and beyond and hounded the builder's insurance to rectify a building error for us. She is our hero!
