We listed our house originally with another realtor for over almost 2 years. We eventually took it off the market. Brad was very thorough with his follow up (not pushy) in trying to get me to list it. So finally we listed it and he sold it in 3 days. Guess I should have took him up on it the first time he called. Afterwards we needed to buy a new house and he turned me on to another of his colleagues. Lynn Bolser who was also very helpful in finding the right home for us. We were prepared for the long haul as we were very specific in the area we wanted to live. Through the process she was very helpful showing us several homes until we finally landed on the one that was for us. This agency is the best in Asheville. Go here if you want a quality and professional home buying/selling experience done in a way that works for you. Specifically I worked with Lynn Bolser. We had a very very difficult deal the required near constant communication on both ends. She was always available and had a true talent for creatively solving problems along the way.
