About Don

Don brings a unique depth and breadth of skills and knowledge to his work including thirty-plus years of professional business experience and a wide-ranging knowledge of the real estate industry. With a B.A. in Accounting and Finance from New Mexico State University and an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from University of Nevada-Las Vegas College of Business, Don has devoted his professional life to cultivating a deep knowledge of real estate.

His insight and analyses of the luxury and high rise segments of the Las Vegas market are directly informed by his extensive background in business. He spent thirteen years in Project Planning and Management at Bechtel Corporation and since 2004 Don has been using his accumulated experience to serve the Las Vegas realty market. Don presently serves as Executive Manager of Sales with Douglas Elliman.

Don is passionate about growing and influencing the community for the better. He loves having his finger on the pulse of Las Vegas, continually participating in shaping the big picture of how the luxury market is expanding locally. As an Executive Manager of Sales for Douglas Elliman, he enjoys actively developing agents into better associates, elevating their understanding of their clients, and providing the best customer service possible. At Douglas Elliman, he and all his agents take the role in the representation of clients very seriously, upholding the highest standards in experience and professionalism.

When Don isn’t selling real estate, he loves watching his two sons play lacrosse and spending as much time outside as possible whether it’s golfing, skiing, fly-fishing or cycling. Don also takes his passion for community development outside of the job by leveraging his expertise in his role as a member of the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity.
