Moving from another state can be super stressful for so many reasons. Dania went and visited houses when I could not be there to give her opinions on properties to see if I should jump on a plane to see them as well. Very helpful as homes were selling very quickly!. When we found "the house," Dania assisted in so many things that were above and beyond what she needed to do, such as being there for inspections, appointments, etc. Her communication was consistent, clear and reassuring throughout the process. So very happy that we found her and I cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone needing an A+ agent!

It was a stressful sale. She guided me through it all and made sure everything worked out. Then this summer she helped me buy a house in Daytona. I am thankful she got me insurance because I didn’t think about it and the storm that just came through was rough. I was just in the hospital and she helped me and my wife out with things that aren’t even part of her job description. She has helped me with so many things that I am thankful for. Throughout the years she has become a good friend. I highly recommend her as your realtor.

My experience with her and her capable team was so positive and profitable that I still can’t quite believe it happened so fast. My house sold in a little over a week and that’s pretty amazing considering all the financial upheaval we’re experiencing right now. Her and her team work closely together to achieve the best possible outcome in the shortest possible timeframe. When I first met her she made a presentation that outlined all the steps that were necessary to get the best possible offer in the shortest amount of time. When we agreed to work together she brought in a professional videographer and a photographer that created not only an amazing 3D virtual tour but also a video that made my old home look so appealing I briefly considered taking it off the market because it made me want to live there still. All in all the experience was so good that it was bittersweet to part as our business came to an end. Dania makes you feel like you’re a family member, not just a client and it’s not some sort of a gimmick, she is simply that way, nurturing and caring but a ruthless negotiator when it comes to the finances. I basically did nothing, it was all done for me and when we closed she had made a very special gift for my husband and I that almost brought tears to my eyes. If you’re in need of a realtor run, don’t just walk and contact Dania, you’ll be glad you did. I’m not very tech savvy but I’m going to try and upload a copy of the amazing video she made for the sale. Many thanks Dania, as I always tell you you’re the best!!!
