About Joyce

  Joyce Sacco is a resident of Nokomis, FL and has been involved in the real estate business since 2003.  Her reputation has been built on a foundation of integrity, disrection and exemplary client dedication.  She has been an investor and now specializes in marketing and selling luxury homes, estates and commercial properties.  She is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist with the Million Dollar Guild designation and brings forth a vast network of contacts, negotiation skills and a great knowledge of the real estate market. 

   Joyce is the co-owner of Generous Property which she and her husband established in Sarasota County in 2011.  The company is skillful at utilizing the latest technology, keeping up with the various marketing niches and in particular, the high end market.  They reflect a philanthropic culture by promoting and supporting a variety of charities in the local community.  They have also established a unique team approach where they will offer complimentary services to clientele that would potentially benefit from a variety of experts.  Some of these services include an interior designer, builder, architectural moldings contractor and more.

   Before embarking professionally on a career in real estate, Joyce earned a master's Degree in Special Education and taught children with a variety of abilities in Massachustetts and New Hampshire.  She continued her education at Notre Dame College where she became certified in School Administration and Supervision, and raised a family of three children.  Now, Joyce and her husband, have two college graduates and one child currently attending college.  She is an active member of Epiphany Cathedral Parish and reflects stewardship in the community.
