Jim Zeller is hands down the best! I will be honest and say that he's the only realtor we've worked with directly but can't imagine there are many better in the industry. He helped us get into our first home and did what they could to assist us in attempting a short sale for a condo that we were under water on. Seven years later we didn't think twice about going right to Jim when we started planning to move our family to our new home. We pushed the sale of our home down to the wire because we didn't want to move twice or carry 2 mortgages (we were building a new home) and although we were freaking out, Jim always reassured us that even though there were no guarantees; we were going to sell our home. In the end our buyers closed on their house on Wednesday, we closed on our existing home with the buyers on Thursday and then our new home on Friday. We all worked our tails off, but in the end still feel it would not have happened without Jim. Jim has been a great friend and Realtor to us, and we highly recommend him to anyone who inquires about our experience.

About Jim

I am originally from Canton, Ohio and grew up in a community called Lake Cable. My family was in the hardware/fireplace/furniture business for over 43 years. My dad founded the company originally called "Home Supply Company" in 1949. As the company grew, the name was changed to "Zellers, New Dimensions in Living" and included locations in Akron, Ohio as well. I attended Jackson High School in Massillon, and graduated from Bowling Green State University. I had a double major and earned a Bachelor of Science in Regional Geography and Speech and Drama. I also attended the University of Southern California working toward a MFA in Tech Theater. I had the opportunity to work for the 1970 "comeback" for Perry Como at the International Hotel in Las Vegas as the Assistant Lighting Director. I met my beautiful wife, Suzanne, while at Bowling Green. We sold our family business and I joined Burdines Department Stores in Sarasota, Florida as a Sales Associate in the furniture department and was with the company for 21 years. I retired in 2003 as V.P. General Manager of the Burdines in Altamonte Springs (Now Macy's). During my career at Burdines, I was promoted and relocated to 7 different locations. I ran/worked in stores in Sarasota, Melbourne (twice), Fort Meyers, Gainesville, Boca Raton, and Altamonte Springs. After I retired, I was invited to join Saks, Inc. and moved to Spartanburg, SC. After only 20 months with Saks, my division (Proffitts & McRaes) was sold to Belk. Shortly after, I was promoted and moved to Biloxi, MS where I held the position of V.P. Regional Store Manager. In Biloxi, I had the responsibility for all stores located in the Gulf Coast Region in Mississippi and Louisiana. My move to Biloxi took place 3 weeks before Hurricane Katrina hit the Gulf Coast. For the next 14+ months, we repaired and rebuilt all the Belk stores in the region. In fact, the Biloxi store, which was completely destroyed during the hurricane, was open and doing business on cement floors in 74 days. After 5+ years with Belk, I retired for the second time and moved to the Ponte Vedra area. I have 2 outstanding children: Philip Janson Zeller, National Sales Manager for Prine Systems in Jacksonville; and Kimberly Marie Chandler, a Registered Dietician at Baptist Beaches Hospital  also in Jacksonville. Kim is married to Jeff Chandler, former University of Florida Football Star and NFL Kicker for the San Francisco 49ers. They have Three amazing children, Chloe Marie, Carson Jeffrey and Keegan James. Our newest grandchild, Charlese and her sister, Simone Elizabeth, was born three years ago to my son Philip and his beautiful wife Caitlin. Community involvement is very important to me. I have served as Retail Chairman for the United Way Campaign in Orlando, Florida.  Appropriations Committee Member for United Way of Spartanburg, SC. I was also very active in the Chamber of Commerce in Orlando, Melbourne, Boca Raton, Spartanburg, Altamonte Springs, Florida, and Biloxi, Mississippi. My hobbies include kickboxing, sailing, football , offshore fishing, and tennis. Keller Williams Atlantic Partners, is a "First Class Company!"
